We had a home built in a subdivision by ridgeline. It was a very good experience, everyone was always nice and easy to get a hold of if there were any questions. I’m absolutely in love with my new home! They worked with me when I wanted to change a few things in the kitchen. The designer was amazing helping me pick out colors and backsplash choices. The wait was most definitely worth it. They made my dream home a reality! Loved working with ridgeline and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Purchased a Ridgeline home last summer and moved in in March of 2020. Quality built, great floor plan, all involved in the transaction, from the sales agent , the home designer, to the superintendent were all very easy to work with and very professional. Even though we had some delays due to PG&E and weather, they delivered a quality home. Their designer was very helpful in making suggestions with all our color choices and it all came together quite nicely. We are very satisfied with our new home.

Jennifer and Brian are excellent to work with and give you that personal attention. Brian took care of the issues addressed at walk through. Jennifer made the buying process easy. They both made us feel welcomed the whole time.

Brian and Jennifer Walker were wonderful and worked with me the entire time. Jennifer remains in contact weekly and was accessible anytime I had a question or needed anything.
