He takes great pride in the workmanship of his team, and never lets himself lose sight of the fact that they aren’t just building a house, they are building someone’s home. It is in that same spirit that Brian relies on local vendors to work on all his projects, and to ensure that he is helping create jobs in Shasta County. Brian is extremely hands on and involved in every facet of the building process, and doesn’t declare a project complete until it has his personal stamp of approval.

Ann Walker’s work envelops you with each tour of a Ridgeline model home. Driven by creativity and originality, Ann takes pride in providing the premier interior design for your dream home. Not only has Ann contributed to the warm and inviting décor at Ridgeline, but her work can also be found throughout Shasta County and beyond. She established her design business, Interior Designs by Ann Walker, over twenty years ago. Ann found her calling for helping others while working in the banking industry for 30 years before embarking on her true passion for creative arts. She helped many clients finance their homes, and now she helps adorn them. She is excited that her career has come full circle.

Ann is an accomplished painter, seamstress, florist, and event planner. A life-long learner, she is always striving to find new and innovative design techniques. Along with her husband, Larry, this dynamic duo refurbishes furniture, creates outdoor designs, gardens, and works together on commissioned projects for residential and business interior and exterior décor. Outside of work, they travel in their RV, seeking the comfort and beauty of America’s countryside and the peaceful sound of the ocean waves. They find joy and blessings in their four children and six grandchildren. Ann is proud to be a part of the Ridgeline family and hopes to assist buyers in creating fond memories of their own.

Four years after moving to Shasta County in 1985, Guy began his career in the construction industry. He has been fortunate to have had hands on experience in multiple building trades. In 2002 Guy expanded his career to Construction Management. He joined the Ridgeline Builder’s Team in 2018 as Project Manager, supervising ALL new builds. “Joining the team at Ridgeline has been the best experience of my career. I am proud to work for a company who builds quality homes. Every day I look forward to working with my team and our new buyers.”

When Guy has free time on his hands, you can catch him and his wife, Stacey, riding their bikes. Guy has a passion for racing bicycles, both BMX and mountain bikes. You can find him biking on the local trails or across the Western U.S.

Home Buyer's Process

  • Meet with a Ridgeline Builders Representative
  • Get pre-approved for financing
  • Select lot & floor plan
  • Representative prepares the Purchase Agreement & related builder documents
  • $10,000 deposit is required with offer
  • Representative opens escrow with Fidelity Title
  • Schedule Selections/Upgrade meeting with Ridgeline Builders Designer (no fee for this)
  • Buyer is responsible for paying any additional elected upgrades at the time of selection/upgrade meeting. These funds will be made payable to Ridgeline Builders and are non-refundable and used to commence construction
  • Buyer to remove ALL buyer contingencies 10 days after acceptance of offer. Construction of the home will not begin until all contingencies are removed
  • Schedule Concrete/Landscape walk
  • Build time will be 120-180 days dependent on weather or any other unforeseen circumstances
  • Ridgeline Builders will set final completion date within 30 days of completion
  • Final walkthrough is scheduled 1 week prior to completion (seller to have 7 working days to complete any items found on the final walk through before closing escrow)
  • Buyer & Seller sign closing documents at Fidelity Title
  • Close Escrow/Deliver Keys
